Montgomeryville Infant/Toddler Staff

INFANT PROGRAM

REBECCA ASHTON-CONNERY is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Education and Social Sciences.  She had fourteen years of experience as a Preschool Teacher, a Camp Counselor, and a Private Nanny before joining our staff in 2007.  She is the mother of one son.

ANITA DIPAUL graduated from West Chester University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Education as well as her Pennsylvania Teaching Certification.  Before joining Kinder Works in 2014, she had more than 2 years of experience teaching toddlers and preschoolers in an Early Childhood Education Center, and was also a Private Nanny.  She is the mother of two sons.

JULIA ATKINS is attending Bucks County Community College and her expected date of completion is 2021.  She is certified in Infant Child and Adult CPR as well as First Aid.  She has been working with preschool children since 2011 as an Assistant Teacher.  Julia joined our staff in 2019.

KRISTIN CONWAY is a few courses shy of graduating from Bucks County Community College in Early Childhood Education.  She had a wealth of experience before joining the Kinder Works staff in 2019: 11 years as a private nanny, and 7 years as an Assistant and then a Lead Teacher for toddlers in a Pennsylvania center.

 

TODDLER PROGRAM GROUP TEACHERS

Assistant Director and Buddy Bears Group Teacher:

ALESHA SETERNUS graduated cum laude from West Chester University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology.  She is an active member of the Starlight Children’s Foundation for seriously ill children, and has participated in research studies pertaining to emotional attachments between children and their parents/guardians.  Alesha joined our staff in 2011 with two years of experience working with children. 

Bear Cubs Group Teacher:

ELAINE PEDICONE received her bachelor’s degree from Temple University, and her graduate work (towards her Master of Education) was done at Gwynedd Mercy College.  She came to Kinder Works in 2014 with more than 12 years of experience teaching infants through preschool-aged children in an Early Childhood Education Center.  She is the mother of three children: two sons and one daughter.

 

TODDLER PROGRAM CURRICULUM SPECIALISTS

Covering Language Arts, Early Logic, Creative Expression, SEL (EQ), and Gym & Music

AM: MICHELLE SHEPPARD has her associate degree in Early Childhood Education from MassBay Community College in Massachusetts, and she is EEC licensed as a child/infant CPR and First Aid educator.  She had 8 years of experience teaching preschool and as a first and second grade reading program collaborator before joining our teaching team in 2018.  She is the mother of one daughter.

AM: VALERIE SHILLING received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Penn State University.  She had two years of experience as Assistant Teacher with children ranging from newborn to 4 years of age.  Before she joined us in 2019, she found she has a passion for early childhood education.

AM: KRISSY CALTABIANO graduated from West Chester University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Education, as well as her Pennsylvania Teaching Certification.  Before joining Kinder Works in 2016, Krissy had more than 12 years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers as a teacher and as the Director of Education in an Early Childhood Education Center, and also as a Private Nanny.  Krissy is a foster mother.

AM: TIFFANY LANGLAIS has her associate degree in Education from Montgomery County Community College.  She came to Kinder Works in 2017 with 3 years of experience teaching Preschool, and 4 years of experience as a Private Nanny.  She is the mother of one daughter and one son.

AM: TRUE XIONG has her bachelor’s degree in media arts and animation from the Art Institute of Philadelphia.  She came to us with 8 years of teaching experience in a Charter School, a public school, and a school district day care program.  True became a member of our staff in 2019.

PM: ALEXANDRA EVERLY graduated from Rider University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.  She had 3 years of experience as a Counselor of adolescents and as a Childcare Supervisor before she came to Kinder Works.  She joined us in 2018

PM: ANALISA SEADER is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and has her B.A. in Journalism and Communication.  Before coming to us, she had experience teaching dance to children, was a long-term nanny, and found that she loved caring for young ones.  Analisa came to us in 2018.

PM: JACQUELINE LEPRE is a graduate of West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies/Early Childhood Education.  Before coming to us in 2019, she taught gymnastic skills to young children for 7 years, and has 7 years of experience teaching toddlers and preschoolers at licensed childcare centers in NJ and PA.
